Terms of Service
Plain terms for a simple product: you pay once, you get a report.
What we provide
VinRoll sells one-time digital reports describing a vehicle's documented market history and an estimate of its market value. Reports are generated automatically and delivered immediately after payment as a web page you can save or print.
Before you pay
We show you how many records exist for your VIN before asking for payment. If the archive holds nothing for that vehicle, we tell you, and there is nothing to buy.
Accuracy
Reports reflect what was recorded in public listings, including information stated by sellers that we cannot independently verify. We correct obvious errors and flag suspicious patterns, but we cannot guarantee that a seller told the truth. Use the report as one input to a purchase decision, alongside a physical inspection and a title check.
Acceptable use
Reports are for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or systematically extract our data, or use automated means to access the service beyond ordinary browsing.
Payment
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your card statement will show Paddle. Their terms apply to the payment transaction.
Liability
We provide reports on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Trademarks
VinRoll is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc., Bring a Trailer Media LLC, Carfax Inc., or any vehicle manufacturer. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
